“It’s a rewarding job. People write you cards, make you brownies and say, ‘You changed my life’”.
What would that feel like? Imagine that it’s the holiday season and suddenly you had cards pouring in that said things like:
- “Your products are amazing.”
- “Your service is second to none.”
- “Your people are so helpful and pleasant to work with.”
- “You are always so prompt in everything you do.”
- “You always anticipate my needs.”
- “I love the way you always under-promise and over-deliver.”
- “You surprise us with new products and services all the time.”
- “I’ve sent my friends to you and they love you as much as I do.”
- “You always go above and beyond when you make a mistake.”
- “Even if your prices are higher, I would never go anywhere else.”
